Ashley-Rose Gillespie

 

Ashley-Rose Gillespie obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 2007 with a double major in Criminology and Ethics, Society, and Law, and a minor in Philosophy.  She attended law school at Bond University where she obtained a Juris Doctor in 2011.  After law school, Ashley-Rose completed her articles at David J. Gillespie Professional Corporation.  She was called to the bar in 2012 and has continued on as an Associate at the firm.  In 2013 Ashley-Rose successfully completed the Osgoode Certificate in Personal Injury Law and Practice.

 

Ashley-Rose has volunteered with local organizations, including Perry House Child Care Services and Epilepsy Durham Region, as well as with international organizations such as Bring Me A Book Foundation and the Community Services Agency in Mountain View, California.  She has also provided financial support to the Humane Society of Durham Region and the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.

 

Ashley-Rose is a proud member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Durham Region Law Association.  She is also a member of the Council Member of the Central East Region of the Ontario Bar Association, Board Member of the Brain Injury Association of Durham Region, and Regional Coordinator of the Sole, Small Firm, and General Practice Section of the Ontario Bar Association.

 

In her spare time, Ashley-Rose is extremely active.  She works out almost every day of the week.  When she is not being active, she loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
